I contacted Comfort Zone because our heating system was malfunctioning. They got a technician out there the same day and got the system working again.They’re communication was outstanding. I received a text message letting me know the technician was on his way. Once he arrived he called me to make sure he understood our problem and called me again once he determined what was wrong. When he was finished, I received a follow up text letting me know that he was done.I was very impressed with their service and we will definitely use them in the future!

I am a huge fan of Comfort zone Air Conditioning & Heating! About 20 years ago, they installed 2 heat pumps and furnaces in a house we owned in Gravois Mills and they serviced it every year til we sold. The initial installation was done by the owner, Scott, as it was a new company. He offered a great price and great warranty. We recently bought a home in Sunrise Beach, and have recommended Comfort Zone to neighbors who have been equally pleased with their great service and reasonable prices. The company has grown tremendously in 20 years, but somehow, has managed to keep the friendly, personalized service all these years. Recently, a very ill neighbor was in dire need of A/C repair as he was unable to tolerate the extreme heat. Comfort Zone sent out a wonderful repairman, Darren, who quickly determined that the unit had frozen up because it was dirty, He could have told them it required an expensive part and charged them hundreds of dollars, and being desperate, they would have paid. Instead, he explained the situation, remedied it, and showed them how to avoid in the future. I am not surprised that Scott has such trustworthy employees, as he is a very honest businessman who believes in treating each customer fairly. If you are looking for a new system, routine maintenance, or repair - you can’t go wrong with Comfort Zone!
It's not easy to choose someone to work on your AC unit especially when you don't live there full time. We asked our contractor and, without a moment's hesitation, he recommended Comfort Zone AC & Heating in Sunrise Beach. They replaced our truly ancient system with a new Trane system. They showed up every time when promised and their communication was great! They're very polite and professional.Their staff was great helping us set up our new WiFi Thermostat so we can adjust the temperature and the house is comfortable when we arrive!Now I too recommend them without a moment's hesitation!
I required a new system for a house I purchased a couple of months ago. Scott and his team at Comfort Zone hooked me up with an amazing system. They were very thorough and communicated very well from testing the home for proper airflow to following up after install to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will definitely call Comfort Zone again for any HVAC tasks in my future.
